Channel & offer strategy

Before anything ships, we decide which platform fits your trade (Google for emergency/high-intent; Meta for planned work) and what your single best offer is. The rest of the system is built around this.

Landing page on your domain

A high-converting service page built on your existing domain (or a new one if needed). Optimised for suburb-level search intent, fast on mobile, and owned by you — not hosted on our platform.

Google or Meta campaign

One ad platform chosen based on your trade and target suburb — Google Search for high-intent emergency work, Meta for planned-work demand-gen. Suburb-level ad groups, intent-matched copy, proper negative keyword lists. Set up in your account.

Conversion tracking

GA4 and Google Ads conversion tracking installed — form fills and enquiries attributed to their source. You always know which campaign is generating leads and at what cost.

Speed-to-lead automation

Every form fill is set to trigger an automated follow-up within minutes. SMS and/or email. Managed on our infrastructure — not a black box. Logic is documented and visible to you.

Basic nurture sequence

A 3-touch follow-up for enquiries that don't book on first contact. Sends over 5 days. Recovers a meaningful share of leads who were interested but not ready to commit immediately.

Weekly reporting template

A plain-English reporting template set up and shared with you at handover — leads in, cost per lead, follow-up rate, what we're working on. Filled weekly during Care. No jargon-heavy dashboards that require translation.

Scope clarity

What we don't build.

Straightforward about scope from the start. These things are out of the build. No surprises, no scope creep conversations mid-project.

Ad spend

The A$3,500 covers setup only. Ad spend is paid directly by you to Google and Meta — it sits in your accounts, under your billing. We don't take a cut of it.

Ongoing content creation

We write the launch copy for the landing page and initial ad creative. Ongoing blog posts, social content, or video production are not part of the build scope.

Non-standard integrations

Job-management tool integration is assessed at kickoff. Custom API integrations with bespoke or legacy software are quoted separately if needed.

Project timeline

Two weeks, week by week.

Most builds land in 14 days. We'll confirm the exact timeline at kickoff.

Week 1
Strategy + build — Kickoff call, target suburbs agreed, keywords researched. Landing page built and reviewed. Ad accounts and tracking set up.
Week 2
Campaigns + automation — Google and/or Meta campaigns structured and loaded. Speed-to-lead automation wired. Nurture sequence tested.
End of week 2
Launch + handover — Campaigns go live. Full handover documentation delivered. If you're continuing with Lead System Care, Care begins immediately. If not, you have everything you need to manage it independently.

Revisions

Two rounds. No nickel-and-diming.

The landing page and ad creative include two rounds of revisions before sign-off. Revisions in scope: copy changes, layout adjustments, headline rewrites. Out of scope: full rebrand, new service category, complete concept change. That would be a new project.

Do I need the Audit first?

Not required, but recommended. The Audit tells us exactly where you're leaking before we build — which makes the build more precise. If you skip straight to Build, we do a lighter diagnostic at kickoff.

Do I own everything after the build?

Ad accounts, landing page, and tracking are in your name. Automation workflows run on our infrastructure — if you leave, we document the logic so you or another provider can rebuild them.

What if the build takes longer than expected?

The A$3,500 is a fixed fee regardless of how long it takes us. If a build runs to week 4 instead of week 2 because of complexity on our end, that's our problem to solve — not an excuse to add to your invoice.

What happens after the build if I don't take Care?

You get a full handover document: account logins, campaign structure notes, automation logic explained, and a "what to watch weekly" checklist. If you manage it yourself, you'll be fine for the first 3–6 months. Things drift after that without attention — but that's your call to make.
