Form submissions reviewed against job type. Lead source checked — which campaign, which suburb. Tyre-kicker patterns identified. Audience targeting tightened where needed.
Performance digest
A written weekly digest: 30-second snapshot, status vs plan, HOT/WARM/COLD lead split, what's working, watch-list, next actions. Backed by an internal operator analysis with a decision date — no premature optimisation from tiny early data. Lands in your inbox before the weekend.

On the first Monday of each month, you get the full monthly report by email. It covers leads, cost per lead, and the three things we're prioritising in the coming month. If you want to dig into numbers together, we schedule a 15-minute call.

Suburb targeting, demographic layers, and retargeting audiences reviewed and tightened. Locations producing low-quality leads get deprioritised; strong performers get more budget.
Bid and budget management
Bids adjusted by day-of-week, time-of-day, and device based on your actual booking patterns. Budget shifted toward channels and campaigns that are performing.

Care maintains and improves what was built. It is not a rebuild. If the fundamental infrastructure needs changing — new landing page, new platform, new campaign structure from scratch — that is a new Build project, quoted separately. We'll tell you clearly if we think a rebuild is needed rather than running on a broken foundation.

No minimum term. No exit fee. If Care isn't working for you, give 30 days written notice and we stop billing. The page, ad campaigns, and tracking pixel remain in your accounts — yours to manage or hand to another agency.
If you decide to bring the work in-house, we'll write up a proper handover so nothing gets lost.
