Keep the system performing.

A lead system that goes live and gets no attention drifts within months. Bids get stale, creative fatigues, landing page copy stops matching what people are searching. Care is weekly hands-on work to keep everything sharp — with weekly reviews across creative, audiences, bidding, and your landing page.

No lock-in. Cancel with 30 days notice. No shared leads.
What you get

Weekly optimisation, a plain-English written digest with HOT/WARM/COLD lead split, creative refreshes, and full hands-on management — so your lead system keeps improving rather than just maintaining.

What happens each week

Three touchpoints. Every week.

Most agencies send a monthly report and disappear. Care runs on a weekly rhythm so small problems get caught before they become expensive ones.

Monday

Ad review

Campaign performance from the past 7 days reviewed: spend vs leads, cost per conversion, quality of leads by source. Any budget or bid adjustments made before the week runs.

Wednesday

Lead quality scoring

Form submissions reviewed against job type. Lead source checked — which campaign, which suburb. Tyre-kicker patterns identified. Audience targeting tightened where needed.

Friday

Performance digest

A written weekly digest: 30-second snapshot, status vs plan, HOT/WARM/COLD lead split, what's working, watch-list, next actions. Backed by an internal operator analysis with a decision date — no premature optimisation from tiny early data. Lands in your inbox before the weekend.

Monthly reporting cadence

One clear report. No dashboard log-ins.

On the first Monday of each month, you get the full monthly report by email. It covers leads, cost per lead, and the three things we're prioritising in the coming month. If you want to dig into numbers together, we schedule a 15-minute call.

Leads in
Total enquiries by channel — form (web and Meta lead ads) — with prior-month comparison.
Cost per lead
Blended and channel-split. You always know what you're paying for each enquiry.
Follow-up rate
What share of enquiries received an automated follow-up, and how many received an automated reply.
Three priorities
What we're focusing on in the coming month and why — in plain English, not agency-speak.

Ongoing optimisation work

Four areas we work on every month.

Care is not "set and monitor". It's active work across four areas each month — creative, audiences, bidding, and page — to keep the system improving rather than just maintaining.

01

Creative refresh

Ad headlines and copy refreshed when fatigue shows in click-through rates. We write and test new variants, not just reuse the launch creative until it stops working.

02

Audience iteration

Suburb targeting, demographic layers, and retargeting audiences reviewed and tightened. Locations producing low-quality leads get deprioritised; strong performers get more budget.

03

Bid and budget management

Bids adjusted by day-of-week, time-of-day, and device based on your actual booking patterns. Budget shifted toward channels and campaigns that are performing.

04

Page A/B testing

Headline variants, CTA copy, and form layout tested against each other. One active test at a time, run until statistically meaningful. Changes that win get kept; losers get dropped.

Scope clarity

What Care doesn't cover.

Care maintains and improves what was built. It is not a rebuild. If the fundamental infrastructure needs changing — new landing page, new platform, new campaign structure from scratch — that is a new Build project, quoted separately. We'll tell you clearly if we think a rebuild is needed rather than running on a broken foundation.

No lock-in

Cancel with 30 days notice.

No minimum term. No exit fee. If Care isn't working for you, give 30 days written notice and we stop billing. The page, ad campaigns, and tracking pixel remain in your accounts — yours to manage or hand to another agency.

If you decide to bring the work in-house, we'll write up a proper handover so nothing gets lost.

Questions we get

What people ask before committing.

Straightforward answers, no hedging. If you have a question not covered here, ask Andrew on the initial call.

Do I need to have done the Build first?

Yes, as a general rule. Care maintains and optimises a running system — it requires something to maintain. If you've had another agency build your campaigns, we'll do a quick audit to confirm it's a system worth caring for rather than one that needs rebuilding.

Does the A$1,600 include ad spend?

+
No. The A$1,600 is the Care management fee — the work we do on your system. Ad spend sits in your accounts and is billed directly by Google and Meta. We don't take a percentage of your spend; the fee is flat regardless of your budget.

How do I cancel?

+
Email or message Andrew directly. Written notice, 30 days. The next billing cycle after the 30-day period won't be charged. We'll do a handover call in the final week so you or your next operator knows exactly what's running and why.
